training options
VCAL / VETiS
Headmasters Academy offers students the opportunity to commence their training in the exciting and rewarding hairdressing industry while still at secondary school through our VCAL/VETiS Program.
The Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL) and VET in Schools program is a hands-on option for Year 11 and 12 secondary school students. VCAL/VETiS can lead to completion of a Certificate II in Hairdressing as well as practical work-related experience.
Apprenticeship
An apprenticeship combines employment with structured training and can be achieved full-time, part-time or school based. Upon completion you will receive a nationally recognised qualification - Certificate III in Hairdressing
Fastrack
Students wishing to study fulltime can take advantage of our Fastrack program. There are many options from Certificate II in Hairdressing right through to the Diploma of Hairdressing Salon Management.
Short courses
Headmasters Academy offer short courses in Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy, including accredited, as well as industry targeted courses. Where courses are structured based on units of competence, a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment will be issued. |
